Loop around the Pearson Adult Center that will allow your family and friends to cheer you on!<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>5 km La course du d\u00e9put\u00e9 de Marguerite Bourgeoys<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Runners and triathletes, test your spring fitness on a flat, speedy and secured 5 km course closed to traffic. <span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">This year sponsored by the Depute Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Beauchemin: Lets run in Lasalle with one step towards our health and a donation to our community<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>10 km IGA BECK LaSalle Race <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>For a 10th consecutive edition, IGA BECK of LaSalle will provide to all participants a generous post race snack. In 2020, IGA BECK will again sponsor the main event of the morning: the 10 km race.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>5 km Walk <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Caisse Desjardins de LaSalle\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Come and celebrate the return of spring!<\/p>\n<p>The 5 km walk course is the same as the 5 km race course. See 5 km course pictured below.<br \/>\nPlease be on site 30 minutes earlier to get your bib at the Pearson Adult and Career Center.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>1 km 11 years-old and under Tribute to Mike Strange<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Participation medal to all finishers!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Get your kids moving with this fun and affordable race in memory of Mike Strange, the coach and director of the Kiloma\u00eetres de LaSalle who has founded the club\u2019s track and field team and contributed to the athletic, academic and personal development of numerous young athletes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation medal given to all children at the finish line.<\/li>\n<li>Gold, silver and bronze medals awarded to the first three finishers of each age group (0-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11). Official medal ceremony at the cafeteria for winners of all age groups of the 1 km race.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Note \u2013 No age group medal will be awarded to a child who did the race in a carriage or who is 12 years-old or more.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Bib pick up<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Bib will be given at the Boutique Endurance 6579 Rue Saint-Denis, Montr\u00e9al, QC H2S 2S1 le Friday March 27 from 12h00-19h00 and Saturday March 28 from 10h00-17h00. Bibs will also be given in the school gymnasium (in LaSalle) on race day starting at 7:30 AM until 30 minutes before race time.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Bib technology<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>You must wear your bib number over your running gear for your time to be recorded.
