Basic Information

Getting there inspite of road work?

  • Note that the Exit #41 from Highway 40 (Trans Canada Highway) west-bound is closed, and an alternate route is required.
  • Here are the options:
  • From the Lakeshore Road, please enter the campus from Maple Street, on the west side of the campus.
  • From Highway 20, both directions, use Exit #39, boulevard des Anciens-Combattants. Take rue Saint-Pierre south to rue Sainte-Anne, and left to Maple Street.
  • From Highway 40, west-bound - Exit #41 is closed. You need to continue west to Exit 40, and make a U-turn under the highway. Return to Exit 41south, and follow the instructions for Highway 40 east-bound below.
  • From Highway 40, east-bound - Take Exit #41, boulevard des Anciens-Combattants south until it changes to rue Saint-Pierre at Highway 20. Continue south to rue Sainte-Anne, and left to Maple Street.
  • Alternatively, before 8:00 am, you can use the private Macdonald College access from the Highway 40 service road. At Exit 41, stay on the service road past the cutoff for boulevard des Anciens-Combattants, and enter the College just before the service road rejoins the highway. Follow the private road over Highway 20, and keep right to the parking. Note that we will close this access at 8:00.
  • Public transportation - Bus Route # 211 leaves Métro Lionel-Groulx every 30 minutes beginning at 5:30 am (and more frequently after 8:30) and takes about 50 minutes to make the trip to Macdonald College.

    We strongly recommend this option: it's safe, fast, convenient and you will receive immediate confirmation that you are in the event. Remember you can register online until 1pm on Friday before the event.

    Option 2: By Mail: download the entry form.
    Your entry must be received 14 days before the event.

    Option 3 : Race Day: Registration available at 7:30am on race day and will close 30 minutes prior to each event. Our goal is to increase pre-registration from 75 to 90%. Remember you can register online until 1pm on Friday before the event.

    Kit Pick-up

    You can pick-up your bib number, timing chip on race morning at the registration desk. Race kits will be organized in Alphabetical order to facilitate distribution. A reminder that if you are racing in more than one event to wear the correct bib number and timing chip.

    How to get there

    On the Trans-Canada Highway (40) westbound, take exit 41. From the Autoroute 20 westbbound, take exit 39.

    From Lionel-Groulx Metro, take bus #211 to the MacDonald College Campus terminal. Bus leaves Metro station every 30 minutes, beginning at 5 H 30. Duration: 50 minutes
